Your privacy, in plain words
This is a healing space, and what you share here is tender. Here's exactly what gets collected, why it's kept, where it lives, and how to get it back or gone. No fine print, no tricks.
What's collected
- Your email, when you finish the Pattern Inventory and ask for your reading, or when you send an intake.
- Your quiz answers and the result they score to, so the reading you get is actually yours.
- Your intake answers if you apply to work one-to-one. Some of those questions touch on safety and health, so they're treated as the sensitive things they are.
- What you write inside the client tools if you become a client: your check-ins, your tolerance map, your journal notes.
Why it's kept
Only to do the thing you asked for: send your reading, let Goddess Willow write back about the work, and run the tools you use as a client. Now and then you might get a letter about the program, and you can stop those anytime. Your answers are never sold, never shared for marketing, and never handed to anyone without your say-so.
Where it lives
Everything is stored in a private, access-controlled database (Supabase). Email is sent through a dedicated mail service (Resend) from the enchantedkink.com address. That's the whole list. There's no analytics, no tracking pixels, no ad networks, and nothing watching what you do on the page.
Your say
You can ask what's held about you, ask for a copy, or ask for it deleted, and it gets done. Email data@enchantedkink.com and say what you want. If you're on a program letter, every one has an unsubscribe link.
A small note
None of this is a medical record and none of it replaces a therapist, a doctor, or a crisis line. It's a starting place for the work, held with care.
